this is the 2nd time in a row. I have followed rules, showed up as instructed. Only to have walk-ins go ahead and make me wait another 30 min to 45 then the 15- 30 I was told by the app. I understand they have been waiting, but why does it take 15 mins waiting outside to come just to wait 30 to 45 for hair cut. Plus last time I had to have another stylist fix my cut because the lady didn't know how to fade on a simple military medium fade.

I love this Sports Clips. The MVP service is an incredible value, especially since I have a beard. I received service from several stylists, Rebeca, Jasmine, and Elmira, and each of those did an excellent job.

I have given the experience three stars only because of how one cannot make an appointment by a simple phone call. They use this complicated website and booking system which has too much visually going on and assumes the customers are computer literate and engaged enough to know how to quickly use the site to accomplish their intentions. I am very computer literate but dislike conducting personal business online; and especially over a cell phone. Who has the ability to go to the shop when they tell you? Only someone with a great deal of time flexibility or someone who is going to be nearby the shop and can get over to it quickly. For example, since you can't make an appointment for 9:30 a.m. tomorrow on the phone, or even using the online log-in, what are you supposed to do, drive there before 9:30 an hope there is someone available? I have been there four or five times using the "hope someone will take me within 20 minutes of arrival without an appointment." To be fair, I have only had to wait more than 20 minutes once because two guys getting cut stayed in the chairs for longer than they should have. The point is, why should I take a chance that I will have a long wait since I can't call in advance of make an appointment online in advance? Well, I take those chances because I have not had a bad haircut from any of the four different cutters in the six times I have been there. There are few decent barbers around Port St. Lucie and so I use this shop because it has yielded consistently medium to very good cuts. n summary, it is the system used to "not" book appointments; and the assumption that in a community with a very large number of retirees that a lot of people will communicate by computer online or by cell phone. I think that eliminates a number of potential customers who refuse to do their chores using a cell phone to "log in." It is like one is being forced to use computer technology regardless of whether they prefer to or not. There are hardly any really good barbers in the Port St. Lucy area, so I recommend this place because none of the cutters are poorly skilled and all provide a decent to very good haircut. Prices are competitive locally.
